Hyatt World Members
Reservations that are 100% covered by Steward Partners’ master account are not eligible to collect loyalty program points. Any nights outside of the master account, however, can. Please note, if you enter a Hyatt World Member number when booking, the reservation name will default to that member’s name.
Loyalty member points may be used on upgrades when contacting Hyatt AFTER the reservation was made.
Anyone using points must book firm covered stay through our link and book extended nights via Hyatt’s reservation/Hyatt World member number.
Billing
A personal credit card number is needed to make a reservation in our group; however, no deposits will be collected at booking. There will be a screen that shows the cost, but no one’s credit card will be charged.
Upon check in, Partners will be asked to provide a credit card in physical form. A HOLD will be put on the card that will capture any non-covered nights as well as a $75/night for incidentals, regardless of what nights the firm covers.
Upon check out, the hold disappears, and Partners will be charged what is NOT covered by the firm.
